in order to correctly guide consumption, promote the continuous improvement of the quality of China's non stick pan coating products, and standardize the healthy development of the non stick pan industry, recently, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China organized the national supervision and random inspection of the quality of non stick pan products. A total of 21 products produced by 12 enterprises in two provinces including Zhejiang and Guangdong were randomly selected, 19 of which were qualified, and the qualified rate of product sampling was 90.5%

the spot check results show that the product quality of large and medium-sized enterprises with high market share is relatively stable, and some small-scale production enterprises still have quality problems

the main quality problems found in this spot check:

I. The indicators of evaporation residue of acetic acid soaking solution exceed the standard. The national mandatory standard stipulates that: Boil the 4% acetic acid solution in a non stick pot for 30 minutes, and the work will be simple at room temperature. The evaporation residue index after 24 hours of storage should be ≤ 60mg/L. In this spot check, the evaporation residue index of acetic acid soaking solution of one product exceeded the standard, and the measured value was 72mg/L. Evaporation residue is the dissolved matter in the coating layer, which has ingredients harmful to human body

II. Chromium content exceeds the standard. The national mandatory standard stipulates that: put 4% acetic acid solution into a non stick pot and boil it for 30 minutes. After 24 hours at room temperature, check that the chromium content in the soaking solution should be ≤ 0.01mg/l. In this spot check, the chromium content of two products exceeded the standard, and the measured value of chromium content was 0.04mg/l. Chromium is a kind of heavy metal. Excessive intake of heavy metal chromium is harmful to human body

in view of the quality problems reflected in this random inspection, the AQSIQ instructed the relevant quality and technical supervision departments to deal with the enterprises with unqualified product quality in this random inspection in accordance with the provisions of the product quality law and other relevant laws and regulations, and make rectification within a time limit according to the implementation plan of Shandong Province for promoting the industry to resolve excess capacity and achieve poverty relief development. At the same time, the company opened a row of small perforated cloth on both sides of the fire plate, and a batch of products and their manufacturers with good quality were selected to guide consumption.
